What is your backup plans if special services for your child are cut due to state budget crisis?

What if services for your child’s needs were cut due to state budget cuts?   Would you have a backup plan to support your child’s needs?  My feelings are, probably not.  Parents with special needs children should be extra prepared for major cuts with their child’s services and find other alternative resources to help stabilize their physical and social needs.  This is especially true, if you’re part of a local regional center that helps provide low or no cost services for your child.  Be ready to pay out of the pocket to continue those services. Mobile Family Life Coach would like to hear what you’ve got to say about this issue and how you may have already been impacted by these drastic cuts.
